Needs one so I put one next to mag release to make recharging a one-handed operation.
It sits nearly flush with the receiver.
That section is 5mm thick and the cut-out will not affect the structural integrity.
Still have to remove 1 pin but way easier than the alternative.
@Cruise, I am taking all of those ideas and applying them to my rebuild! Legend!
I’ll upload pics of the inbuilt tracer next time I have it apart.
BTW, you will see I cut a bit off the side of the battery door.
Doesn’t affect it’s function but much easier to get a thumbnail under it.
good idea, which pin though, and does it have to stay out?
You can see the black pin across the top of the spring guide.
This needs to be removed if and only when you want to remove the spring.
Hi all, just got my first blaster (ACR) and slowly putting together all the upgrades . Just wanted say how much I appreciate this site for all the helpful tips I’ve learnt. Cheers!
Cool camo paintwork.
You got skills.
Cheers brother cheer for the tips I’ve just stableized the barrel I have a vid but need to convert
Good move. Many blasters have increased fps and accuracy simply with having a stiffer/more securely held barrel.
