Any harm in using a glow mag as a regular mag?

I wouldn’t think it would do anything other than drain a little extra battery.

Nope. They all run the same in the end. You’ll just get a bit more battery usage. But if you have a good battery it won’t be an issue.

The warinterest gen 8 glow mags draw bugger all current from their uv light i believe.
I run them all the time in my gen8/9.
They’re more solid than generic gen 8 mags.
Only drawback is slightly less gels because of the internal uv & wiring etc.
